Any agenda that favors the interests of the establishment necessarily involves the employment of harmful and/or deceptive practices that must be kept hidden in order to prevent people from revolting; however, the malicious nature of most of these practices is not always so manifest because it relies on concepts and mechanics that are either too complex to be grasped by the average person, too "boring" to elicit the attention they deserve, or too socially accepted to cause some serious response; in these cases, such practices can be openly admitted without fear of backlash because very few people will be able to understand their implications and effectively warn the rest of society.
